Cake For Your Birthday
C-ake for your birthday
A-ims to bring best delight;
R-ed roses wrapped in joy
L-et set the feelings
A-right.
L-et's take and taste the cake
O-n August first break of day;
J-ust one cut causes much mirth,
E-rasing the sadness right away.
R-eady to blow the candles, you first thank God and pray;
O-pen your mouth to the sweetness of the cake for your birthday.
