Butterfly Poem by yoonoos peerbocus

Butterfly

Rating: 4.5

Sound is my slumber but rude my awakening;
low my chrysalid origin, but high my carnelian hope,
hard the time I endure in but harder the hurt
of cleansing of my negative selves, thoughsoothing
is the growth of the wings
of consciousness, yet strange is
the resurrection of my self essence
from the dark cocoon, but stranger still
my transformation into a winged flower.

Butterfly- a beautiful creation of God- - - -symbol of 'Metamorphosis'- - - - It changes to such lovely winged creature from a mere caterpillar- - - What brings such metamorphic change in the caterpillar ? This is a creative change effected by the creative force- - - - The art, music or poetry can make life so beautiful like a butterfly.To quote from the poem- - those blemished lime green, pink or aubergine small birthmarks on the creamy wings whose flutters alter the panorama of the operation of seasons and exude fresh fragrance from the florescence of time.as a messenger of change, it is a counterforce to the winter of life and a force in itself to metamorphose to migrate for survival to its original self, caterpillar, anonymous, free

Amazing imagery with the scent of nature's moist, fertile vegetation as the butterfly is a symbol of rebirth of beauty, hope and a promise of better days ahead! Beautiful write and thanks for sharing! !

Most beautiful metaphor ever " noiseless flying flower" . So profound and touching. How come no one every used that insightful metaphor to describe a fly!
