Birth Of The Sun Poem by Rajagopalan Kumar

Birth Of The Sun

Rating: 5.0

From tufts of black and blue at yonder height

To the turf of white and blues spread so deep

Chains of silver strings stretched so tight

Binds Heaven and Earth in love so deep.

Behind the silver screen, at dawn

Peeps the golden sun, newly born

Nature spreads an umbrella of many a hue

Shelters Earth and Sun from drops of dew.

Thanks for your appreciation. I was likening the tight strings of rain to the tight bond of love between the sky with patches of white clouds AND the blue sea with rolling tufts of white waves. Once again thanks.
