A Token Kiss



Ir's love as light as snow
whose soft embrace
as gentle as those flakes
that fell somewhere
on childhood's face
bestows upon my brow
a token kiss, of something missed!

Poem is double fold that of a new love beginning, and the love of a father's kiss upon my forehead when he left home for good, whose memory I miss, it was a cold wintery day, and the kiss felt like snowflakes. Panmelys
