A Three Year Old Toddler Had To Face A Judge Alone Poem by Hebert Logerie

A Three Year Old Toddler Had To Face A Judge Alone

This is no freaking joke, this is serious.
That judge must be out of his/her mind.
He/she must be very vicious and unkind.
A baby should not be standing alone,
In front of a judge. For what? This is hilarious.
This is making fun of the poor legal system,
Which has had, over the years, problem
After problem. Is this the real America?
This is absurd. This is a strange and stupid saga.
If I were a judge I would have felt insulted,
‘Cause it's inhumane seeing a child being mistreated.
What's happening in America?
What happened to the land of Freedom?
America will never become the land of boredom,
Hatred, ignorance, and lunatic pariahs.
Back to our story, an innocent toddler,
In a fair and just society should not face
A judge alone, without his parents or a lawyer.
Our babies deserve to be always in a safe place.
