In a quest
Quest for peace
While facing
The hectic hurtle
But no peace
Nothing heals
Or makes well
Surviving
A chance
Encountering
Nature
On this planet
Works wonders.
In one's life
Where, one finds
No traffic lanes
Or infuriating throngs
No toxic waste of noise
However
Usually around
Peace and calm
A freedom
Freedom of thought
And expression
Beyond thinness
Thinness of rivalry.

In a quest
Quest for peace
Among
The notes of love
Pain and pleasure
Running
In its track
Between
Tough and tender.
Crafting music
For the universe
In a gentle manner
A product
Sounding perfect.

In a quest
Quest for peace
Supporting-
Peace-songs
Of high order
By several authors
Poets or story-tellers
Across the avenue
Music is rolling
Rolling down.
A brand new
Rhythm and rhyme
Unfurling
Hidden within
A heap
Heap of deep notes
Of poetry and prose.

In a quest
Quest for peace
Full of emotional
Melodic punch
Chills and thrills.
In lighter veins
Of optimism
A cheer and bliss
Slowing down
Everything sad
Lightening up
A tenor-
Spreading across.

In a quest
Quest for peace
Celebrating
Earth day
Above
All the days.
An investment
Of time and passion
With nature
Making of it
More worthwhile.
