A Place Called No More Poem by Colette Dright

A Place Called No More

Rating: 5.0

I've moved yall far away from earth
Where there are no more hurricanes, hospitals
And there is no more hurt

I moved to a new place, a place called No More
That's off across the sea and far away from the shore
A place where there's no wondering, worries or why's
No more leaving without good-byes

No more pain, problems and pills
No more struggling to pay these bills
No more fusses, no more fights
No more sleepless, lonely nights
No more questions for the doctor to answer
No more suffering from this cancer

There are many new things here I've never seen before
In this beautiful place I call No More
For I want you to know I'm as happy as can be
So no more tears to cry for me

I'm at peace where I belong, for the place I call No More
Is now the place I call my home
