The moon keeps dancing behind the clouds
the stars keep winking from the skies above
night is young, so are dreams of passion
while man gets married and makes his lover a wife
birth keeps bringing life as babies get born
death keeps bringing grief as someone is gone;
old ventures rusts the process of endurance
new ambitions cast a search for better alurance;
braces and dentures keep appearing upon teeth
eyeglasses keep replacing sun glasses so neat;
yet limbs get healed when bones get broken
while accidents make people learn better lessons;
men keep searching for love, jobs, prosperity
in the action he forgets his own hardships
and while others exploit him, he exploits others
yet the fight for survival so endless
sacrifices so galore, as in a lifetime
one doctor attends to so many patients
one pilot flies so many people across the globe
one fishermen supplies fish to so many people
humanity thriving with dignity untold
as one serve others, others serve back
by some action, by some service,
that as the sun sets every day
to let men rests his head on his pillow,
dawn wakes him to go and attend
to his own sustenance and responsibilities
without any echo or whispers;
search for satisfaction so endless,
peace, friendship a duty,
religion, worship a right,
co-existence, a mutual understanding;
in the circumference of life, time rotates
in the chambers of every heart, love revolves
bringing years to closures and new beginnings
while joy, laughter, prosperity keeps submerging
sadness, grief and unhappiness parallely.
