Love inflicts
such wounds on the hearts,
as lightning on the clouds,
that the pain is so soothing.
Lightning inflicts sharp, deep and painful wounds on the clouds…. And they thunder in pain….
Love hurts, but it is so worth it. A beautiful poem Unnikrishnan.
