Indian has reason to rejoice
As both countries have promised
Besides bringing property to millions unlucky
Even though the problem is sticky

It shall flow from land of prosperity
To very much needed in land of poverty
Both have shared simple goal of world peace
Millions may rejoice the dream of quiet ease

One Prime Minister is committed to progress
The powerful president is hopeful of giving full access
Such chances are rarely realized
But people across world see it and get ready to oblige

A moment of pride for two democracies;
A day that came so late nevertheless;
A meeting of two leaders world-famous;
A grand finish to issues is awaited.

It is matter of "give and take"
The world needs peace and harmony as an intake
No different ideology can work
