Wisdom Words...
Each night before to bed,
A prayer to God she says
'Protect my children from
Troubles likely to face'
One night I said to her-
They are no more infants,
Able to take care of themselves
Where they live- grown-ups
A smile so sweet and soft
I found bloom on her face
A signal not strange to me
When she presents her case
‘Grown-ups who? You and me
The children, no', she mused,
‘All infants to Him who protects- Beginning to end'
She doesn't read too much
Or poems none she writes
I submit all my whims
Before my wisdom wife
Very nicely you have formed a unique life subject into a poem...really our world need wisdem and wise with moral 10/10 brilliant and thanks for sharing with us
I concur with the wonderful wisdom of the Poet's wife. A mother and wife who have deep faith in God Almighty is a great mother and wife. A family who puts God, the center of their life, is a wonderful family. A beautifully crafted and well conveyed write.
