We Can'T Let Them Win Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

We Can'T Let Them Win

Countries cannot talk peace with wild savages,
They have no concept of it, just their hate that rages.
While we all seek to settle conflicts and address
Our nation's growth, their kind brings distress.

These brutes have no patriotism, nothing-
They seek to destroy and control everything.
So hungry for power with no love for our country
We have no choice but to grant Death as destiny.

Defense is justified when your house is in danger,
It's our life or theirs, that's the deal for intruders.
War is no area for the weak and the timid,
The next bullet could be ours, and that's quite morbid.

They're tenants in our land who have stayed like pests,
The choice to eliminate them, to us now rests.
Shall we allow these animals to simply take over us?
Shall we hand them our homes, freedom so precious?

They prey on our young and they indoctrinate,
Brain-wash fertile minds with an idiot's hate.
These barbarians on two legs are not human beings-
For the sake of our children, we can't let them win.
