Treat Me Right Poem by Katherine Perry

Treat Me Right

Take me now
Just spend the time
Show me how
To make you mine

Love me here
Love me there
And i'll be yours
everywhere

Tell me things i want to hear
And i will do the same
Tell me now to have no fear
When i'm calling out your name

A day for work
A night for play
There's plenty desert
If i choose to stay

Be ever so gentle
And make me glad
Talk rough and be rough
And i will be bad

Tell me whats true
And i'll tell you too
Tell me whats not
And you'll be forgot

Don't walk ahead
And don't walk behind
Listen to whats said
And you'll do just fine

Treat me right
And i'll hold on tight
Treat me wrong
And i'll be gone

Hurt me one time
Remember this rhyme
Hurt me again
It will be the end!
