Meditation clears mind
Reschedules focus load
Strengthen to climb
Peace to be wise hub
And above all bamboozlement
Never leaves you in disdainment
Till you attain your full conscience
Donning the transcendence complete
Prevention is better than cure
Preparedness is holy secret
Tie the belt, run the race
I'm here to lead you to the best.
Meditation and medicine
Go hand in hand like Tom and Jerry match
Just know where and what to use..
