The tables turned, the order spurned, the hierarchy questioned and the order comes to end!

I had a fairly powerful hunch
'That he might have me for his lunch.
'And so, because I feared the worst,
'I thought I'd better eat him first.' very fine poem. tony

A brilliant Poem by Ronald Dahl! So much meaning in each and every word, and every line, in which apparently just a humorous poem! The best lines to me -
    He simply couldn't puzzle out
What LIFE was really all about.
What was the reason for his birth?
Why was he placed upon this earth?

    and also the superb ending:
'And so, because I feared the worst,
'I thought I'd better eat him first.'

Yes true. and the polls have the country in favour of Remain & have done for months.
Why is the government not talking about this?
Fear of Farage & their party losing power.

Just like always a handful of people are taking actions that will destroy the lives of many people in the UK, it is time to wake up & get rid of the Tories for ever.
