The Peace Of Wild Things Comments

Rating: 4.8
When despair grows in me
and I wake in the middle of the night at the least sound
in fear of what my life and my children's lives may be,
I go and lie down where the wood drake

The first line is incorrect and needs to be fixed! When despair FOR THE WORLD grows in me.The poetry should be accurate

It's really beyond belief that the poems are read by a machine, sort of obscene really. Who, how, did anyone imagine that to be OK? Is it some sort of bitter unconscious anger? Does that architect secretly hate poetry itself?

The imagery is beautiful, like, dude... I feel like we, as a species, can feel the pain of empathy far too strongly. A curse and a blessing.

I have come to this poem over and over when I am in despair. I helps me center my thoughts at how simple joy can come.
