The Golden Star Poem by Garba Ado Ibrahim

The Golden Star

Golden star my golden star you lost your match above in the sky; you twinkle light like sun in the night the wonder is high, you torture the heart you torture the soul no power asking why.My golden star oh golden star who separates lips so high.Golden star one golden star no brave asking so why? The incomparable star no way one makes a lie.Golden star bless the queen in the galaxy there in the sky.You are my future my hope until i die.I hope and i pray you make me fly.I groan i smile and i make a sigh.My heart my star is whipping to cry.Golden star my golden star you give a try.Oh golden star my favourite star i am not a spy.I give you my words in soft not dry.My pen in my hand for you to say hi.If and when in happy call me i cry.My heart so loose you come to help to tie.So beautiful the golden star so decent and shy.Oh! My golden star the sun above higher in the sky, the galaxy the world they never deny.My golden star my golden star is so high, so high in the sky so high in the sky it says goodbye.
