Sonnet: God Is Watching All Poem by Dr John Celes

Sonnet: God Is Watching All

Rating: 5.0

But there is One who is ever watching you,
Tho’ earthly eyes can’t see Him observe all;
Whatever sins, whatever crimes you do,
He knows them all and persuades you to stall.

His eyes are like the countless stars in sky!
His voice is like the thunder that you hear!
He knows each creature, until he will die;
He listens to our pleas, prayers by ear.

To Him, both death and time are meaningless;
Heaven, His home- He wants with us to share;
But we can reach it by being sinless;
He judges souls; His judgment is so fair!

Surrender man, to God Almighty One;
He is the light that’s brighter than the sun.
