Sometimes Shift Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Sometimes Shift

Tears fall out of grace
Gloom rushes on face
The secret is not known
But tears are of my own

I bow down and stare
And think of where
This grace is shown
I am joyfully blown

The tears fall one by one
It is seen by none
I feel no let down
But joy is clearly shown

Even though life contains agony and pain
I remain
Ever cheerful
Along with people

It is gift
That almighty sometimes shift
Showers full of fortune
And sometimes make painfully driven

Sometimes Shift
