Petals Blood Red Dark Danced Among Sharp Thorns Poem by Terence George Craddock

Petals Blood Red Dark Danced Among Sharp Thorns

blood red rose spread heart bloomed in passions
each petal blood red dark caught eye in life pulse
each petal blood red dark caught eye in web intrigues
each petal blood red dark danced among sharp thorns

each petal blood red dark bleeds dew drops blood glistens
each petal blood red dark is dew dripping red pierced blood drops
each petal blood red dark is blood dripping beneath crown thorns
each petal waxes falls in silent echoing finality slow time deaths

wind whispers cold as each dark red blood droplet falls
wind whispers frost as each dark red blood droplet falls
wind whispers ice as each dark red blood droplet falls

wind whispers frozen as each dark red blood droplet falls
wind whispers tundra snap frozen as each dark red blood droplet falls
wind whispers mammoth petrified frozen as each dark red blood droplet falls
