Pain is emotional
Pain is physical
But pain is not overpowering
We choose to hurt
We choose not to hurt
Pain is visible
Pain is invisible
But pain is not forever
We choose to get up when we're down
We choose to get help
Pain may be there
But pain does not make us who we are
Pain goes away
Pain comes if we let it
I may feel pain here and there
But pain does not determine my future
It does not define me or who i am
Pain is not me
Pain may come and go
But i choose when to get up
