My Wife Poem by Joseph T. Renaldi

My wife knows when I'm confronted with problems,
She knows the anguish that I bear,
She insists that I discuss my burdens,
And offers me her support and care.
She whispers loving words in the darkness,
My body becomes quiet and still,
And there in her presence my troubles vanish.
Relaxed and contended, I rest at will.
In loving harmony with my wife,
The worldly problems fade away.
She offers encouraging words for the future,
And in her, I find the strength to face each day.
