I liked how you used the lowly but important potato to put your message across. Symbolism is quite an art and you are quite adept at it. As well as the sharpness of brevity.10+

Truly inspirational. in dirt but not dirt' is how many of us find ourselves. When we realize that we are not the dirt, or of it, then growth in spirit, mind, and body is possible. A great poem. A 10.
