Love-War Success Poem by Varsha M

Love-War Success

Rating: 5.0

Like the two spirits free
We roamed all over like spree
Enjoying moments stamped golden
Cajoling for world, yet to be born.
There I had the final encounter
The better angel, the man, right fair
And worst dragon, a woman, colored ill
Indulge in tug-of-war labelled fair and evil.
However I wish to be good all through
Nothing seems topping her score tough
Tempting me to deviate and sin
Under her spell of moon.
Life has store of awesome bounds
Time to explore on real grounds.

There are two opposing forces..... good and evil! We are often tempted to do evil as it is easier. But we shouldn't yield to that temptation and travel in the path of righteousness, however challenging it be. The tug of war between virtue and vice is well presented!
