Love Is War Poem by Justin Molebatsi

Love Is War

Rating: 3.0

I never meant to start a war
I just wanted you to let me in
Instead of kicking doors
I shouldnt have used force
I should have let you be

I came in like a wrecking ball
Love knocks you down
All I wanted was to break down the walls
All I did was break my Soul

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem I wrote it when I was feeling down, when I felt like suffocating and I took a pen and paper to breath.

Love can be like war at times. We must win the battle and overcome. Nice.

Poor Molebasti! You batted wrong and broke a lot of glass, not impermeable walls. Wish you best of luck next time. Good short poem. (10)
