Knowingly Willingly Lovingly Poem by Andy Sayasone

Knowingly Willingly Lovingly

Rating: 4.5

Your looks your smile your love within,
My dream I can actually live in.
Poisoned trapped silent rose tips,
Slowly pulled in knowingly willingly lovingly.

Maybe if I pray,
The imperfections will go away?
A thought of a mislead fool,
Time won't heal this infected blood pool.

Built upon a pyramid of lies reassuring of more lies,
I wonder how long until you know..
I know?

Made to fall from the very start,
Slowly pulling us viciously apart.
Crashing down all revealed.
I told you I'd still love you,
My lips are sealed.

I don't know why I stayed unsure afraid,
Maybe it makes me feel alive.
Maybe I love the pain?
I won't be the same,
Not temporarily insane.

I said I would be with you even from the start,
'Even if I get diabetes it'll never tear us apart'..
A translation of the near future,
Reassuring I'd go through the torture.

Knowingly willingly lovingly.

Lovely piece of poetry, well articulated and nicely penned from the inner recesses of the heart. I like the title of the poem, it tells much about its content. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
