Journey Poem by Marin Jooste

Journey

Rating: 5.0

No more feeling left in me
No time for pain
Emotions that I carried
Now just feels the same

I'm wounded, I'm relieved
No faith, no disbelieve
Time can only tell
Is it heaven, is it hell

Your soul so pure and humble
Serial in every way
Walls around me crumble,
Will I see another day?

Wild emotions running
For what it really means
Your beauty seldom seen
For the beauty that's within

Everything I see now
Feels different every day
Distortions in my mind
Slowly goes away

Things happens for a reason
You can't just walk away
Go back, go fix the problem
Or don't come back this way

I'll live with this forever
You're a part of what I am
Never will I ever,
Be a different man!

A journey starts tomorrow
Another sunset, another day
Don't live your life with sorrow
Don't throw it all away
