In The Hour Of Twilight

Rating: 5.0

IN THE HOUR OF TWILIGHT
A red rose twisted over my soul
A violent wind came and gave a haul
Clasping my arms humming a tune
While I was terribly alone.

Beneath the open sky in the hour of twilight
I felt your fragrance with great delight,
Like incense coming out of your
Twisted body and palpable lips

My soul sailed in the ocean of infinite dreams
Born out of your impalpable longings
I felt a heavenly pleasure and lost my conscience
The way Adam felt in his first meeting.

A wandering cloud was coming slowly and slowly
Covering the dim light of twilight
Suddenly a night -raven cawed in a shrill voice
You tightened your arms and squeezed me.

My voice rummaged to touch your ear
My hands climbed up to touch your lips
I could hear the star sang in murmur
‘Oh the couple is made for each other'

The couple made for one another, so apparent, for even nature to see! How lovely to speak such vulnerability!

What a beautiful romantic write, full of sensual and heart-touching imagery. The twilight brings an onrush of feelings that are expressed in a wonderful way. Delightful!
