I Always Dream, I Still Dream Poem by Hebert Logerie

I Always Dream, I Still Dream

I always dream, I still dream, ladies and gentlemen,
Every evening, in the arms of the waves. I see my wife
Asleep and tired next to me. She also has dreams, man.
She spins, crouches and pulls arms and feet without strife.

Truthfully, I daydream all day long, ladies and gentlemen.
Life is a film that is being shot constantly. It is like a drama,
An endless and strange dream defying the reality of the eon.
Life is ugly like a macaque and beautiful like the Rose of Lima.

I always dream of incredible days, when the weather is inviting,
There is no harm, no acute pain, no hard feelings and no suffering.
I dream seeing the queen splashing in the sun, where a child dances.

Several couples kiss on the sandy beach where there're no fences.
I always dream, I still dream. A dreamer is someone who's thinking.
In his head is hidden a round brain, where an eternal spring is living.
