Here Nothing Lasts Forever Poem by Gianfranco Aurilio

Here Nothing Lasts Forever

Here nothing lasts forever.
The flower withers
the snow melts
the stone crumbles
memories fade
our dear ones leave
loves end
smiles die away
the night gives place to the day
the peace to the war
the war to the peace.
Here nothing lasts forever.
And where you are now?
