POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I was almost involved in an accident due to what I consider an ambush speed trap by a C.H.P. near El Capitan State Beach in CA... Cars cruising at 75 m.p.h. were suddenly applying their brakes to slow down when they saw the C.H.P...And when I came over the rise... If it were not for me being such a defensive driver... There just may have been a fatality accident...
