Bewildered Sojourner Poem by Happiness Edeh

Bewildered Sojourner

Rating: 4.0

puzzled At this state of dilemma
wondering where to turn
right or left?
confused with choice.
No alternative appear better
choices hard to take
Clueless,
Gently staggering through the path of life
Tossed to and fro by its wind,
fighting to stand.
difficult to do.
never wanting to go down
Every morning,
Life visits with choices
The one to make becomes
a problem
Battle for the right path
Careful not to compromise
These things are tempting and alluring
But life itself is short
And a lot more complicated
Never getting what you want and
Not wanting what you get
These things are disorienting.
