Behind the smile...
Agony thrails
Streams of tears
Eye lids flood
Behind the smile...
Biting pains
Itchy hurt abides
Slow death occur
Disgust and disdain obtain
Behind the smile...
Oppressive burden heap
The fights, the struggles
Of blame not to take
Behind the smile...
Are broken bones
Trapped in flesh
For healing,
each passing day beg
The gasp for breath and
Cry for help, non heard
This smile is just a mirage
Who'll recognise the pain?
