Alone Looking At The Mountain Poem by Li Po

Birds have given wings to fly, restless their nature never keeps themselves tranquil in peace, they are specially made for flying. But Mountain has a strong root to stay on the ground as the human being has its own nature to follow the ancestors and the strength to keep the strict singularity about their human root also. So, poet transmits his own idea as a man should do. If the root digged firm into the ground that could be the shelter of different birds in different time. So no sad I feel in reading this one.

Portrays a gentle relationship between the mountain and the poet. Nice calming effect to the reader. Simple and short and easy to remember and play back in your mind from time to time. I wish that it had more meaning or that I understood the real meaning that it has.

Li Po is lovelorn, but still loves life.

I love how its short and still engraves a vison in my mind and gets the message across so clearly.

众鸟高飞尽，孤云独去闲，相看两不厌，只有敬亭山。
