I thank my God, Lord Jesus Christ
For making me whatev'r I am;
I'm proud to be a Catholic first,
With miracles galore from Lamb.

He blessed my life while still in womb;
He guided me and cared for me;
He rose from dead third day from tomb,
And made the cross immortal tree!

The good I did was grace from Him;
My sins were washed white in Lamb's blood;
He shows me heaven, though life's grim;
I'm glad I walked in truth and stood
In righteousness, and lived!
