मैं आया आने वाले कल जैसा
बिना तुम्हें बतलाये
बस गया तुम्हारे कोमल गर्भ में
माँ......
बिना तुम्हारी इच्छा
या मेरी मर्जी के
हर दिन उद्यत था
बढ़ने को साथ समय के
मानव-वृक्ष हमारा
किंतु इससे पहले कि प्यार
बढ़ पाता मांस और मज्जा में
जो अपूर्ण थी अब तक, वह संरचना-
आह! खून की धारा में
तबदील हो गई.

Having become, I hope, more unselfish, I now oppose abortion because it stops a potential human life. There is an abortion-euthanasia bill before the NZ parliament right now. Topical.
