Eden Trinidad Poems

We could have walked again like before

Nothing matters except you and me
Holding hands while walking
...

How to fall out of love!
When I long to see you again,
Like butterflies unhampered to dwell in every pestle
My heart longs for your gentle feel.
...

Electrifying kindness and adoration
Sweetness like coated almond chocolates
Mouthwatering blueberry cheesecakes
Trust built on daily chats and video calls
...

Men are created in God's very image
But how come this beautiful creation became evil?
Men turned into murderers, robbers, rapist and uncivil.
It all began from the garden of Eden
...

Wives cries, "you have no time for me".
Mom's says, "you have no time for our family".
Kids shout out, "you have no time for us".
Self-retorts, "I have no time for me".
...

Can rain wash away some memories?
Memories glued in my consciousness so deep
Deep is the joy and misery it brought to my fragile tender heart
Heart that longs for someone I love
...

Hand me please
the flowing ribbons of rushing golden sands
All goldness sledding rolling immensely outpouring
Roaring lions, cheetahs and leopards
...

DESIRES
Consumed by the burning desire
of our own anxious cares
"Like a deer that pants for water."
...

L O V E is bigger than our oceans
Deeper than the Atlantic Ocean
Wider than the Pacific Ocean
Such wondrous, rapturous oceans of feelings.
...

Sorry God, for what we utter
Sorry God, for our bad temper
Sorry God, for being a trouble maker
Sorry God, we are a cheater
...

What shall thou write with my plume
What wilt my pen be going to sketch
What thou scribble with my stylus
When thousands of poetic minds are out there
...

12.

Poetry is lifeless without a hungry soul to express
Poetry has no meaning unless the heart resonates
Poetry is nothing if nature and men disagree
Poetry is not poetry if you only copy your best.
...

We are a soul tandem
that will sprinkle glimpses of truths
upon the great walls
of dispassion and disillusioned souls
...

14.

Hearts are unfathomable
It has its own mind and soul
No one can really fathom a human heart
It does not listen, it cannot be controlled
...

15.

I love each verse tenderly dedicated for me
I am thrilled and touched for every perfect
Pearls of your adoration for me
Greensleeves playing to enchant me.
...

We only have but one life to live
On this Eden, we called Mother Earth
The God who created our heaven and earth
Designed it so pristine from its birth.

Poems will heal the world, "De Gratia"
Poems inscribed from our hearts, "Sans Doute"
Poems inscripted from the minds with a heart, "mirabilia"
Poems captioned from our hearts with a mind, "amerveille"
...

I Remember You

walking on the edge of a hill
sat on dump grasses
...

The darkest nightmare invades and looming the earth and its people
Lurking and nestled as royalty in its man-made palace hall
Spinning amid human being weary byways and highways of life
With dignity and power, devouring turmoiled fresh human blood

The Best Poem Of Eden Trinidad

We Could Have Walked Again Like Before

We could have walked again like before

Nothing matters except you and me
Holding hands while walking
Deeply in love with each other.

We could have walked again like before,

Barefoot on the sand
as sun bask upon us
While salty and sweet lips touch.

We could have walked again like before,

How happy we were
Like young lovers
We cared not if heavens crying or smiling.

We could have walked again like before,

We soaked on each other's joys
Till moon smiled upon us
Our love is pure serendipity.
